Our Vision: Epiphany Church exists to help people discover and rediscover the love of God in the Christian Gospel.
At the tenth year anniversary of Epiphany Church, the leadership of the congregation gathered to thank God for the work of the church’s past and pray for the work to come. As a part of that process, the leadership of the church prayed through and agreed that our vision was to help anyone we come in contact with discover and rediscover God’s love.
If you are a member of the Ligonier community who isn’t religious or who has never been to church, Epiphany exists to help you discover the love of God in the Christian Gospel. The world is a hard place, and we have all experienced the difficulties of what the bible calls a “fallen” life. We’ve also sadly done our part to make the world “fallen” for others in our orbit. At Epiphany, we are convinced that God’s love still reigns in the world despite all the hardship, and our evidence is that Jesus Christ died and rose again. We’d love to share with you how Jesus Christ made the difference for us in our own lives and in our congregation.
If you are a member of the Ligonier community who has been involved in a church in the past, but haven’t connected in with a fellowship of believers in a while, Epiphany exists to help you rediscover the love of God in the Christian gospel. Maybe your past church experience was exclusively moralism and rule following, and you learned that God only cares about winners. Maybe life got too busy and matters of faith fell by the wayside. Maybe your last church experience was defined by politics and disagreement, and you are still nursing those wounds. At Epiphany, we are convinced that God’s love still reigns in the church despite all the things that go wrong, and our evidence is that Jesus Christ died and rose again. We’d love to build a church where you can reconnect with God and experience afresh the joys that led you to the church in the past.
If you are a member of the Ligonier community who is a lifelong Christian, Epiphany exists to help you also rediscover the love of God in the Christian gospel. It’s our belief that “pobody’s nerfect,” and that Christians who have known God’s love for decades will still benefit from reconnecting with the old, old story. At Epiphany, we believe God’s love reigns in every believer, and our evidence is that Jesus Christ died and rose again. We’d love to help you uncover new places in your life where God’s love could heal, grow, and restore you to wholeness.
Whether you’ve been a Christian for decades, whether you grew up in the church and haven’t been back for a while, or whether you’re exploring the Christian faith as an option for your spiritual life, our hope is that Epiphany proves to be a body of believers that can help you connect or reconnect with the eternal story of God’s love through Jesus’s death and resurrection in a refreshing and new way.
